What is included? Your $29.99/month Founding Membership covers one active case: guided response preparation, lawsuit and collection letter review, a digital case file, review of new documents in that case, administrative support by email, and support for collection settlement preparation.
When am I charged? The initial review is free. After case acceptance, you choose whether to activate the membership. There is no charge today and no automatic activation from this form.
Is MiCaso a law firm? No. MiCaso by M&D Tech LLC provides self-help tools and administrative support. We do not represent you in court or promise a particular result.
Do you negotiate debts for me? We provide tools and support to prepare collection settlement communications. MiCaso does not directly negotiate debts on your behalf.
Where is service available? Across Texas, for one active case within our service scope.
How do I get support? Email info@getmicaso.com. Phone and WhatsApp support are not included.
What happens after intake? We review your information and documents, request additional information when needed, and email you the review outcome. If accepted, you decide whether to activate.
